ENERGY: 220 ± 10% VAC, 50 Hz OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -25˚C to +50˚C PROTECTION CLASS: IP 68 (TS 3033 EN 60529) and IK 10 (TS EN 62262) SYSTEM OVERVIEW: The system consists of a License Plate Recognition System and an Underground Imaging Unit. It is resistant to electromagnetic fields and operates reliably in harsh environmental conditions. UNDERGROUND IMAGING UNIT Includes 1 color camera with a resolution of 2048×2 pixels that performs line scan imaging. The system is automatically activated when a vehicle passes the detection unit and shuts off after the scan is completed. Manual activation is also possible. In case one of the light sources fails, the system continues to operate without interruption. A heating resistor is located inside the system camera housing to prevent freezing or fogging. Captures clear and complete under-vehicle images for vehicles traveling up to 30 km/h. Uses aluminum-framed solar glass for protection and durability. The Underground Imaging Unit has minimum dimensions of 1980 x 295 x 650 cm with a wall thickness of 2 cm. A multi-piece speed bump, made of AlSi10Mg cast material, is mounted on top of the imaging unit. Each section is removable and replaceable, with a height between 20–40 mm. PLATE RECOGNITION SYSTEM Camera: 1920x1080 pixel resolution, 2 MP IP ONVIF camera. Provides color imaging during the day and black & white (0.4 lux) at night. Reading Sensitivity: Minimum 95% accuracy rate. Warnings: The system gives audible and visual alerts when a license plate is successfully read. Night Vision: Equipped with infrared (IR) illumination with an effective range of 50 meters. Energy: 12–24 VDC. PC Specifications: 24-inch monitor (1920×1080 resolution) 8-core processor (3.4 GHz) 2 TB hard disk 8 GB RAM/SDRAM 1 GB dedicated graphics card During operation, the camera captures the front image of the approaching vehicle, including the license plate, and transfers it to the recognition software, which automatically performs the recognition process. If desired, plates can also be entered manually by the user. The system operates without the need for external video capture or I/O cards, utilizing 10/100 Mbit Ethernet connectivity for all components.
