Since the hydraulic unit is self-contained, there is no need for connection to an external hydraulic unit. It complies with IP67 standards and is suitable for continuous or synchronized operation. In synchronized operation, movement synchronization differences between bollards do not exceed ±10%. Up and down movement durations can be adjusted between 4–8 seconds. The bollard barrier is equipped with magnetic switches that control the up and down movements. With an emergency mode signal, it can operate in the opposite direction without completing its current movement. In case of power failure or emergency, a pressure relief valve enables manual lowering via a locked lever. The lower and upper cylinder bearings are equipped with dust seals. The hydraulic hoses used within the cylinder are R2 double-helical steel wire. CONTROL PANEL: The PLC control panel features a dot-matrix LCD screen. Device movements and positions can be monitored on the screen, minimizing intervention and control time. The control panel includes phase protection, overcurrent protection, fuses, audible warning output, relays ready for peripheral connections, traffic light and LED outputs, and loop sensor sockets. All connections, timings, and settings can be configured from this panel.
