It allows only one person to pass. There is a data output in the direction of passage. This output can be a digital output or it can be sent directly to the PC when controlled by PC. The system uses an absorber unit to dampen mechanical movement. In the event of a power outage, the arms automatically move to the free position in both directions. FALLING ARM: The arm is automatically lowered by a signal received via the turnstile emergency mode input. The arm remains down as long as the emergency signal is received. When the emergency signal is interrupted, the falling arm is automatically raised. EMERGENCY MODE: Control is possible by connecting to security systems (automatic free passage mode in emergency and fire alarm situations). INDICATORS: A three-position illuminated indicator provides system access control. The green arrow flashes when the turnstile is ready for passage. The green arrow remains lit when passage is granted. A red "X" illuminates upon passing through the turnstile, indicating that passage is prohibited in the opposite direction.
