RELAY OUTPUT: A single-contact relay output is obtained by connecting an external relay card. The maximum current capacity for the relay contact is 1 Ampere. The relay duration can be set by the user between 1 and 9 seconds or can be disabled. DISPLAY: The 128 x 64 graphic display used in the reader provides maximum visibility in dark or dimly lit environments thanks to its backlight. The graphic screen allows messages to be visually supported and enables the use of logos. All ASCII characters defined on the PC can be displayed on the LCD screen. PERSONNEL DEFINITION: In offline mode, up to 16,896 personnel can be registered in the system. OPERATING MODE: When the device is connected to the network, it operates online according to commands received from the PC. If the network connection is lost for any reason, the device continues to operate offline based on its own parameters and resumes online operation once the connection is restored. Transaction data performed on the device is transferred to the PC. The device can also operate in online-only mode. ADDRESSING: Reader addresses and communication speed can be configured. Hardware-wise, up to 250 readers can be connected to a single line (each COM port).
